A mixed-use commercial fit-out spanning retail ground floor, office levels and shared amenity space.
This tower's ground floor retail, mid-level offices and top-floor amenity space each needed a distinct fit-out standard while sharing one structural and services strategy. We ran design and construction as a single coordinated programme rather than three separate contracts, which is what kept the floors handing over on a rolling schedule instead of all at once at the end.
Shared circulation and lobby areas were finished to the same material standard as the office floors, so the building reads as one address rather than a stack of separate tenancies.
