We run interior construction with our own crew, not a subcontracted chain — false ceilings, partitions, electrical and plumbing rough-in, flooring and finishing carpentry, coordinated by a supervisor on-site daily.
Because the same studio designed the space, our crew builds directly from the approved drawings and 3D reference, with fewer surprises and fewer change orders than handing plans to an outside contractor.
