How quickly do you reply to an enquiry?
Within one business day, usually sooner. If it's urgent, calling the studio directly gets you a faster answer than the form.
Is the first consultation free?
Yes — an initial site visit and consultation is free of charge and comes with no obligation to proceed.
Do you take on projects outside Dhaka?
We regularly work in Chattogram and Cox's Bazar, and consider other locations case by case — mention your site's location in the form.
Can I just visit the showroom without booking?
Yes, walk-ins are welcome during opening hours, though booking ahead means a designer is free to walk you through it.
