Fourteen years designing and building interiors across Dhaka and Chattogram — for the same reason every time: nothing should get lost between the architect, the showroom and the site crew.
Our story
Started as a two-person consultancy. Grown into one studio for the whole room.
Zamshed Interior started as a two-person design consultancy in 2011, drawing floor plans for friends and family in Dhanmondi. The gap we kept running into was the same one clients still bring up: a designer draws the plan, a separate contractor builds it, and a separate shop sources the furniture — and somewhere between the three, the original idea gets diluted.
So we built the studio to close that gap. Today the same team that studies your site plans the layout, our own workshop builds the joinery, and our showroom stocks the materials — one contract, one point of contact, from the first sketch to the final walkthrough.

Our journey
Fourteen years, five milestones.
2011 — Studio founded
Started as a two-person interior design consultancy in Dhanmondi.
2015 — In-house workshop opens
Brought custom furniture and joinery production under our own roof.
2018 — Construction division added
Began taking on full interior fit-outs, not just design and furniture.
2021 — Gulshan showroom opens
A working material library clients could visit and sample from directly.
2025 — 620+ projects delivered
Homes, offices, restaurants and hotels across Dhaka & Chattogram.
