An 18,000 sqft workplace fit-out delivered to a fixed handover date, from structural partitioning through to the last workstation.
Meridian Group needed three floors fitted out and occupied before a lease deadline that didn't move. That meant structural partitioning, MEP coordination and furniture installation running in parallel rather than in sequence, managed daily by an in-house site supervisor against a published schedule.
The design itself favours durability over decoration — a neutral material palette, acoustic ceiling treatment tuned to open-plan noise, and joinery detailed to survive a much higher daily footfall than a residential fit-out.
