A 42-room boutique hotel and lobby, furnished almost entirely from our own workshop to a single repeatable spec.
A 42-room boutique property on the beach road needed every room to feel individually finished while actually being built from one repeatable spec — the only way the build stayed on budget and on schedule. We standardised joinery, fabric and lighting into a kit of parts, then varied artwork and soft furnishings room to room.
The lobby and restaurant carry the same material language at a larger scale, so guests read the property as one design from arrival through to their room.
